The Kutztown University Small Business Development Center fulfills its mission to encourage regional economic growth by providing existing and potential entrepreneurs with consulting services and learning opportunities. We currently provide these services at our outreach offices in Exton, Lancaster, Kutztown, Reading and Harrisburg.

Traditionally, pastel colors are packaged as sticks; however, Co-founders Ladd Forsline and Bernadette Ward of Colorfin have manipulated the pastel formula, resulting in a lowdust, erasable, softer pastel, so soft it is packaged in a pan much like a makeup compact, called a PanPastel™.
