	STEP 1. Become a member of the Kutztown University SBDC Website. Registration is quick, easy, and FREE. Your information is never sold or shared with other organizations, and membership is required for all SBDC services, workshops, and tools.
	STEP 2. Individuals in Pennsylvania can become a SBDC client by attending the First Step Webinar for Start Up Businesses. The Webinar will introduce and discuss a business concept outline that, when completed, will summarize a business concept onto ten PowerPoint slides and communicate the essential information needed to assess the business concept. All you need is a phone and simultaneous Internet connection to start outlining your business concept.
	STEP 3. View our award-winning FREE On-Demand Online Learning library of more than 90 self-paced programs on business planning, marketing, finance, and other business topics.
	STEP 4. Use our online business planning tool to build your business pitch and a business plan. In addition we have links that will help you to develop your successful business plan and pitch.
	The Success Connection E-newsletter brings "Success Stories", SBDC news, and features to more than 10,000 readers each month.
