Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy. Kutztown SBDC reserves the right to cancel any workshop three (3) business days prior to the scheduled start date. Kutztown SBDC requires notification of cancellation two (2) business days prior to the scheduled workshop. In order to notify us of cancellation, please contact us.
